About Orders
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support. The email should contain your order number and say that you want to cancel your order.
*This function is only possible if your order has not been proceed and fulfilled yet.
I paid but didn't receive an order confirmation?
If your order payment went through but you didn't receive an order confirmation this order is also in our system. Sometimes this can happen due to large order volumes in some days but we try to fix it as quick as possible!
If you find this problem you simply need to contact us and let us know what you ordered, your address and/or your order number so that we can manually send the order confirmation to your email address!
Can I modify my order after it has been fulfilled?
Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to your order after it's been fulfilled.
Once an order is fulfilled, the delivery option, delivery address, payment method, and product sizes can't be changed.
*If your order is not fulfilled yet, you can contact us and change the delivery option, delivery address, and product sizes or cancel your order.
How can I place an order?
Once you have browsed and decided on a design and size for an item you want to purchase, place the desired item(s) in the shopping basket. To do this just click on "Add to Cart"
In your basket you will find an overview of all the items you have added. Check your choice of size and quantity of the product(s).
If you're happy with your selection, then click on "Checkout" to proceed to payment, and complete your order.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
We're very sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective. You can make a claim for the item by contacting our customer support via mail. Click here to contact us.
Please tell us all of the information requested, so that we can process your claim as soon as possible.
Please note that the reclamation procedure does not include the option of article exchange.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
• Visa; Mastercard; Maestro; American Express; UnionPay; Shop Pay; Apple Pay; Google Pay and Bank transfer.
Please keep in mind that the available payment methods may vary depending on what country you're in.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept 100+ worldwide currencies. USD, EUR, GBP & more. Currency is automatically set according to your location, you can change it in the menu.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! Our customer's payment information isn't stored anywhere and no one has access to it. Every order is stored and organized only containing your order details like Shipping Information, Chosen Payment Method and Product Information.
About Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping varies depending on the destination. Our suppliers are based in Poland so, in average, it takes:
• 5-7 days for European Countries;
• 5-10 day for international shipping.
Why is my order taking longer than expected to arrive?
If your order is taking more than expected or your shipping costs are higher we sincerely apologize. As of right now our store does not work with product inventory meaning that most of our products are POD based. That said, we can't control the shipping costs/time.
About Returns
How long is the return period?
You can return your damaged order within 7 Days after you received your order. Check your return process in the next answered questions.
How do I start a return?
You can easily start a return by contacting us with your order and return information.
Do I have to pay for shipping costs on my return?
Yes, we do not pay for return shipping costs.
